The Black Tapes Podcast is a podcast created (in-fiction) by Nic Silver and Alex Reagan, and narrated by Alex Reagan.

The Black Tapes is a bi-weekly podcast from Pacific Northwest Stories and Minnow Beats Whale, and is hosted by Alex Reagan. The Black Tapes is a serialized docudrama about one journalist's search for truth, her enigmatic subject's mysterious past, and the literal and figurative ghosts that haunt them both.

Season One Edit

The first season of The Black Tapes consists of 12 episodes.

The first half of the season (episodes 101 to 106) were released on a weekly schedule between May 25 and June 23 of 2015. The second half (episodes 107 to 112) were released on a biweekly schedule between August 4 and October 13 of the same year.[2]

Season Two Edit

The second season of The Black Tapes consists of 12 episodes, which were released on a bi-weekly schedule between January 19 and August 16 of 2016.[2]

Season Three Edit

The third season of The Black Tapes consists of 6 episodes, which were released on a bi-weekly schedule between August 29 and November 7 of 2017.[2]

Season Four Edit

Although the show's creators originally stated that Episode 306 was the end of the series, a cryptic message on the official Black Tapes twitter on March 20, 2018 hinted that The Black Tapes Podcast may return for another season.[3]
